SlimBound shipping, tracking and returns explained
Orders leave the fulfilment desk within one business day. Average US delivery is 3 to 6 business days. Three and six-bottle supplies ship free.

Tracking your order
The tracking email arrives when the parcel is scanned at dispatch, not when the order is placed, so there is usually a gap of a few hours to a day. If nothing has arrived after two business days, check spam then email [email protected] with the order number.
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged
Late is common around holidays and usually resolves itself within a few days. If tracking has not moved in five business days we will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we reship rather than refund unless you prefer the refund. Damaged in transit: photograph the box and the bottles before opening anything further and send both to the desk.
Returns
Returns run through the 60-day guarantee. Email [email protected] inside 60 days of delivery, wait for a return address before posting anything, and send the bottles back opened or not. Return postage is yours and there is no restocking fee. Full steps on the guarantee page and the refund policy.
Where we ship
This portal serves the United States, including street addresses in all fifty states. We do not ship to freight forwarders, and orders placed for onward export fall outside the guarantee.
