How it works, step by step
- Take it properly first. One capsule daily. The reviews say the first change usually lands in week two to four, so judging it on nine days is judging the wrong thing.
- Email or call inside 60 days of delivery. [email protected] or +1 (507) 431-2260. Give the order number from your confirmation email.
- We reply with a return address. Usually the same business day, always inside two. There is no form to fill in and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
- Send the bottles back. Opened, part-used or sealed, all fine. Return postage is yours; we do not deduct a restocking fee.
- Refund is issued on receipt. Back to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of the parcel arriving, then whatever your bank adds.

Why the window is 60 days and not 14
Because a shorter window would be a trick. Twenty-one percent of reviewers here report nothing until week five, and seven percent not until later than that. A refund period that closes before the product has had a chance to work is a way of never paying refunds, and six percent of our buyers do claim one.
If you bought elsewhere
We cannot refund a bottle we did not ship. If you ordered from a marketplace listing, raise it there, and check what you have against the batch record on the verification page before taking any of it.
